Vice Chairman

Mr. Yu Yanqing is the Chairman of Investment and Financing Service Committee in China Chamber of International Commerce, CCOIC. He is also the Chairman of Hong Kong Mainland International Investment Society.

 

Mr. Yu is the Deputy Director of High Quality Project Reviewing Board of Finance Committee in China Development and Reform Commission and Chengkai (Beijing) Investment Group.

 

Mr. Yu at one time acted as the Vice Chairman of China Regional Development Promotion Association, Vice Chairman of the Large and Medium-Sized Enterprise Specialized Committee, Vice Chairman of China Medicine Research Association, and Vice Chairman of Beijing Enterprise Confederation. He also acted as the Executive Director of China Investment Association and Beijing Capital Entrepreneur Club.

 

Mr. Yu was awarded 2012 Beijing Outstanding Entrepreneur and 2014 China Outstanding Entrepreneur.

Mr. Deleg Zagdjav has served as the President of Peace and Friendship Organization of Mongolia since 2013. He is also the Head of Parliamentary group of Mongolia for Asia Pacific Region Countries and Belgium.

 

Mr. Zagdjav started his career in 1985 where he was a detective at the Police Department Dornogobi Aimag in Mongolia. Then, he became the Head of Department at Executive Committee of Congress of People’s Deputies in Mongolia. He also served as court member of Hovd Aimag Mongolia and the President of Union of Social Democratic Students. He was the CEO of “Altai International” LLC, Governor of Han-Uul District in Ulaanbaatar, a member of the Parliament of Mongolia, and Chairman of Provincial Administration Subcommittee.

Ms. Zhang served as the General Manager of Legal and Compliance Department of BOC from February 2001 to August 2002, the GM of Business Department at Milan Branch from April 1997 to October 2001, and the GM of the Banking Department of BOC Head Office from April 1997 to March 2000.

 

Ms. Zhang has over 20 years' experience in the banking industry. She served as the Chairperson at BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd. from 2009 to 2010, BOC (UK) Limited from 2007 to 2010. She served as the Chairperson of BOC International Holdings Ltd. from 2003 to 2010, Vice Chairperson of International Chamber of Commerce Banking Commission from 2002 to 2013, and Non-Executive Director of China Construction Bank Corporation in 2014. Ms. Zhang served as a Non-Executive Director of BOC Hong Kong Holdings Ltd. from 2002 to 2011, the Non-Executive Director of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited until December 2011, a Director of BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd., and an Executive Director of the ICC World Council since July 2012.

 

Ms. Zhang serves as Director of Negotiable Instruments Research Institute of China University of Political Science and Law since 2011, and Senior Research Fellow of Chongyang Institute for finance studies at Renmin University of China since 2013. Ms. Zhang graduated from English department of Liaoning University in 1977 with a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in finance from Wuhan University in 1999.

Deputy Secretary General

Under her leadership, the Membership Centre of SRCIC Secretariat is working effectively for member communication and related supporting service.

 

Ms. Bian got her college degree in 2001 and has had experience of working in both government administration and international organizations.

Deputy Secretary General

Mr. Ken Li was Executive Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi OBO Service Industry Group before he became secretary to chairman and director of international affairs in Tang West Market Group in 2013.

 

Mr. Li is also the Managing Director of Shaanxi Young Entrepreneurs Association and Deputy Secretary General of Xi’an MBA Association. He is currently Head of the General Office at SRCIC Secretariat, responsible for government relations and administration management. Mr. Li is an MBA graduate.

Dr. Tian Xiaohong is currently the Deputy General Secretary of Shanghai Consulting Industry Association.

 

Dr. Tian worked for both State-Owned Enterprises and Private Companies, having accumulated affluent operation and management experience in different sectors of financial investment, creative culture, conference, and expo activities. She was General Manager of Shanghai Langsha Knitting Co., Ltd. and Sino Kama Co., Ltd.. She is founder of Silver Bridge Tech Investment & Management Co., Ltd. and Yinda Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. She was also one of the producers for the world expo show, the musical comedy, the radio show, the documentary, and the film.

 

Dr. Tian has successively established Shanghai Music Institute Foundation, Shanghai Culture Foundation Qiuyu Education Funds, and Shanghai Modern Service Industry Development and Research Foundation, where she has been acting as General Secretary and Deputy General Secretary respectively. She has chaired large-scaled forums and expos, such as Top 100 Listing Corporations Forum & Top 100 Listing City Mayors Forum, National Digital Audio Competition, and Shanghai Modern Wedding Expos.

 

At the same time, Dr. Tian holds teaching and research professorship at Fudan University and Shanghai Finance & Economic University.

Mr. Huang Dahai served as the Chief Manager of Investment Banking Department of Shaanxi Branch of China Construction Bank, the member of Overseas Talent Pool of China Construction Bank, and Chairman of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Fiance Co.,Ltd.

 

Mr. Huang has won many National and Provincial Awards in Finance. He has received Outstanding Contributions Medal of Shaanxi Branch of China Construction Bank for 3 times.
