Mr. Li Zhonghang meets with President and CEO of USCIB

24 January 2018, SRCIC Secretary General Li Zhonghang and Deputy Secretary General Wang Yan visited United States Council for International Business (USCIB) in New York. President and CEO of USCIB Mr. Peter Robinson met with the SRCIC visitors.

 

They changed the views and ideas on business legal service, fair trading, and trade facilitation. They discussed specifically about the 20th anniversary activities for China's implementation of the ATA Carnet to be held in Xi'an this May.

 

Both sides agreed to continue the business exchange and coordination on the trade facilitation for the Belt and Road countries.

 

BACKGROUND INFO:

The USCIB is based in New York and has an active membership roster of over 300 multinational companies, law firms and business associations.

 

The USCIB is the U.S. affiliate of the ICC, the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD and IOE. It functions as the U.S. representative to the ICC's multifaceted dispute resolution services, including the ICC International Court of Arbitration which is charged with settlement of international business disputes and the legal and procedural aspects of arbitration.
