From March 16th to 19th, 2016, Mr. Li Zhonghang, Secretary General of SRCIC and Mr. Wang Yingjie, Professor of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and expert of Belt and Road research were commissioned by SRCIC to visit United Nations Headquarters in New York. They have visited United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation and United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, and had meetings with the department heads. They have learned about each other’s organization and discussed about the cooperation on the Silk Road projects.
